Emulsifier: 10kg

glacial acetic acid: 2kg

Water: 65kg

Dilute process:

1. Add RH-NB-8010 and emulsifier to reactor, start stirring for 5-10 minutes;

2. Add 4kg water to stir for 5 minutes, add 0.5 kg acid water to stir for 5-10 minutes;
